Crash when importing a hideout

When trying to import a hideout from a Celestial Hideout, my client crashes. Once I hit the "import" button my client gets the "busy circle" for the mouse and then crashes

This started happening to me this morning. Happens on every hideout I choose, import / export causes either instant client crash, or freeze followed by crash. |

Wanted to try new hideouts before league starts BUT |

can't import hideouts period. seems to be a new patch issue. opens the microsoft explorer window within the game for a second then immediately crashes. |
