Need help with spectre build

Hello! Newer player trying out specters and in need of advice.

I'm currently using a Pledge of Hands with slave drivers, and was wondering if it would be better to swap to a 1h/victario's shield to generate power/frenzy charges via necromantic aegis.

I'm also looking at possible changing helms to a devouring diadem so I can add summon skitterbots into the build.
