awakened elemental focus vs awakened minion damage vs level 4 Empower for skeleton mages

level 5 Awakened elemental focus 20% quality and level 5 awakened minion damage support 20% quality both give +74% more elemental/damage to minions, in this case skeleton mages.

But if I go with a empower gem, hypothetically a level 4 one for +3 levels to summon skeleton, I get an extra skeleton summoned in my current build as well, which is big since mage skeletons is my build's primary method of damage.

In the above three cases, which gem should I put in my last remaining 6 link weapon (Pledge of Hands) if I had to choose from among the three as my 6th gem to insert? Thank you
