[XBOX] Anyone else getting Intermittent Rubberbanding?

When I play I will periodically get rubberbanding where I can move, but my abilities stop firing and I get pulled back to my location (and typically killed by white mobs since it seems I never really moved).

This problem has been happening non-stop this league and I've previously had this problem.

Anyone else encountering this type of issue on xbox?

I wish it was intermittent. If I try to use a move skill over an obstacle it happens at least a quarter of the time on a pro with internal sad and 1gig connection
