Cliente se cierra y no me deja jugar

Hola, soy nuevo en el foro y en el juego, y necesito ayuda. Instale el juego y cada vez que quiero entrar el cliente me tira un error desconocido de PathOfExile_x64 y el juego se cierra. Busque en internet, y en el foro a ver si habia alguna solucion y no encontre nada que funcionara. Alguno de uds tuvo el mismo problema y pudo solucionarlo? Alguien sabe que tengo que hacer para que esto no pase y poder jugar? Les pongo mi dxdiag a ver si eso los ayuda a ayudarme. Desde ya, muchas gracias.

Si, ayer me contesto el servicio técnico del juego y me dijo que podría ser por que mi placa de vídeo, y que juegue con todo al mínimo a ver si funciona. El problema es que no me deja entrar al juego para bajar todo al mínimo, el cliente crashea antes. Volví a mandar un msj al servicio técnico y todavía no hay noticias. Estuve viendo por el foro y por Internet y hay varias soluciones viejas, pero ninguna me funciono. Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme por que la verdad, tengo muchas ganas de jugar este juego!
