June 2 Anti Meta League SC Trade

I'm using part of my supporter pack to run a private league until the new league starts. It's SC Trade Delerium with no affixes but a couple things are "banned". You're not Allowed to run Herald of Ice, Purposeful Harbinger, Stormbrand, Cyclone, Impale(in the form of Impale Support and Deep Cuts), or Blade Vortex. I have no way to enforce this but if everyone follows it it could lead to a very cool meta/economy.
