Necromancer help

Hi, I m using a necromancer build I found on internet, on my wand I have ''trigger socketed spell'' crafting, I already confirmed that minion spells triggered do not count as used by you so for the ''increase minion damage when use minion skill'' you have to use a minion skill yourself (I use convocation), my question is, can anyone confirm if Plaguebringer works with ''trigger'' since my source of consuming corpses is on trigger.
