Need help to improve build.

Currently I am seeking advice to how to improve my build. Feeling like it is lacking some survivability, should I opt for life+ hit or other forms of defences ie block?

Also tried the 5 delirium orbs on a T15 map, boy they would not die. Had to ask for help to clear the map boss.

Seeking the hives advice is much appreciated.
