First time playing in 7 years, need advice on build and items please

I was playing a barrage build but it makes my game crash too much like literally every time I use it, so switched to split arrow and have tried tornado shot but it doesn't do enough damage.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I think I have some ok gear but would appreciate some tips on what to upgrade and with what, this game is so complex. I have a couple of jewels and here is my build.

Currently doing Deadeye.

I haven't tried to use path of building yet, I just have a touch tablet so I find it difficult to get working, keep having to reset.

Any tips I would greatly appreciate :)
