Elemental help

I have a scion lvl 24 where I started going for elemental damage, I have elemental hit with Elemental Damage with Attacks Support, elemental equilibrium and 2 Dreadarc.
My EH is giving almost 600DPS, is it worth it to keep on this track? What passives (asides from elemental ones) are worth to go to?
