Allow console players to transfer their mtx to pc

Because console performance is so bad. Hardcore unplayable etc etc

A lot of the bad performance we didnt knew before spending our money. Or we hoped it would be fixed but nothing.

It would be a nice gesture. After the transfer, delete the mtx on the ps4/xbox account. I know this can be done as support deleted my map tab and gave me a refund (points back)
