Scaling cyclone range while dual wielding with an axe and a sword

Hi there,

Wanted to know if it was possible to scale cyclone range while having an axe in a hand and a sword in the other hand. That could allow us to take all passiv keynotes that increase melee range.Im not sure of the results on POB but it says that it would result in a 20 aoe radius at max stages with pulverise. Can some1 give me a comparison with a two handed sword for example.
