What should i improve next?

I finally made my ranger character work after a month playing, took some time but i feel like she is pretty solid now, although obviously not very high level yet. What areas should i try to improve next? oh and i have a technical question, i am using assasin mark in my hat as a gem, but i also have elemental weakness curse in my gloves, so those two i guess doesnt work together, what should i do instead?
