New player , help me understand the damage

Hello ,
I have a tornado shot build with ,Ele damage , Flat Cold , Crit , Mirage and Multiple Projectile.

I have two bows same quality . 1 has 65 more ele damage then the other +73% more cold and more speed. The other more flat cold and some chaos but does more damage as the numbers show in the picture ! Why ? Please Explain, help me understand !
