questioning Kaoms Heart meta

Hey there.. Im playing the typical phys cyclone slayer and recently bought a kaoms heart. But to be honest.. jumping from 6250 Life to 7000 felt like "is this worth it"?

I actually dropped Kaoms to use a Body with high Armor and 140 life/9% life & some resists. This enables the possibility to have a 6 link ancestral warchief and/or a cwdt setup.

Im playing softcore, so of course its not a big deal.. just want to hear some other opinions.

Also, if not Kaoms Heart, what would be ur second pick?
