Right ranger path?

Hello, I'm currently running a ranger trying to fit a build around my play style, I like to try and have a high mobilty/dps char that has a good chance of serving almost anything except for mistakee, the only thing atm that is a little confusing for me is what skills should I mainly try to get and use and what kind of gems should I focus on
