Would like some help with my deadeye tornado shot/barrage build

I find myself dying very fast, and I can't really go higher than tier 10 maps,
I'm almost sure I need more HP, my damage is ok though I think.

What do you people think, what should I do? I have been following a guide, not 100% though.
