Cookie Cutter for new League

Hi there,

im returning after 3ish years, and I will be starting today in the new league. I was hoping to find some decent builds, but to be honest, the forum and search is not really was I was hoping for ^^

That being said, I always started fresh leagues with Spectral Throw duelist/scion/ranger. As it was very gear independant and easy to go late game with to start farming some maps and items for followup champs.

So... Im kinda looking for some "cookie cutter" build for the new league. Is spectral throw still viable (as far as gear independance and late game clear) ? If not, what are the current strongest builds to start fresh
