[3.6] Icestorm Cast while channeling Winter Orb 8kES leecher

I've updated my Icestorm Cast while channeling Winter Orb build to be tweaked for all the changes in 3.6

In general you will be taking ES leech, running a 6linked The whispering Ice staff and using Winter's orb to cast while channeling.

The winter orb makes pack clearing super easy and fast while the ice storm will crush single target the two have proven to be a good combination of clear speed and single target.
