My account has been blocked and I do not receive support

Good afternoon. I write here, with another email because I do not know what to do anymore. I do not speak English, so the translation will be a bit horrifying.

On April 4, my account was blocked. I wrote to support and they said they had blocked it because the bank had backed down the payment of a purchase I made. I was very surprised and started to investigate what had happened.

A few weeks ago, reviewing my payments with Paypal, I found one that was unfamiliar to me and I got scared thinking that my bank details had been stolen. I opened an incident in Paypal to verify that I had allowed this payment and to explain to me who the company that had charged me that money was. The company in question is http://xsolla.com. Looking for information on the internet, I discovered that it is a company that makes collections or works with you. So, knowing this I closed the incidence in Paypal giving for correct said payment.

On the 4th of this month, as I said, I have blocked my account due to non-payment. I called my bank to verify the information and was told that everything was properly paid and that there was no setback.

I called Paypal and they told me the same thing. That everything was correctly paid and that they had to return the account because my payments were up to date. They recommended that I give them the invoice number that appeared on the purchase so that you could verify that everything is correct.

I did it like that. I have provided all the information I could to return my account in Path of exile but in support do not return any response. I have written several times, several times, and I only receive silence.

It seems very ugly to me to ignore my messages. I have also written to http://xsolla.com/ so that, if they can do something, they do it. Because it can not be that almost four days have passed and nobody deigns to tell me anything, not even a "we are verifying the information". And I only have to write here to see if I make myself heard. Please, if you need more information I will gladly give it to you, but do your job and fix this.
