Help with my Voidfletcher Deadeye. Where could I save/adjust some points on my tree?

I'm trying to save some points on my passive tree of my currently planned starter for the next league.

I was hoping to start out as a regular elemental archer and move my way up into Lioneyes -> Deaths Opus and eventually into Arborix, Voidfletcher as soon as I'm able of course as well.

Getting Hyrri's Ire, Dying Sun, a Watcher's Eye with cold conversion via hatred. I'm not sure about Pandemonius yet.

For skills I was maybe thinking ice shot for clearing. Not sure about the single target setup: Preferably barrage with PB but looking at other builds, alot of people are using TS too.

I currently have 118/121 points allocated, which seems a bit much considering I'd be planning to reach level 97.
My only problem is that I was going to use Hyrri's Ire, so I'd be short a lot of health, especially when sacrificing life nodes.

Level 92 seems like a reasonable level to plan around but whatever I change, it seems like I'm sacrificing too much, especially when removing the double-dipping projectile nodes near the ranger starting area which seem like the obvious choice. When I remove points from other areas I either lose life or alot of int/str which I will most likely also need.

Maybe I am missing something or maybe I just want someone with a little more game knowledge to do the tough choice for me.
