There are some hits in this game that aren't meant to be taken/tanked. All of the guardians have certain attacks that can oneshot you, but they are clearly telegraphed and you can see them coming a mile away. The syndicate members also have telegraphed attacks not meant to be tanked, but they are harder to see, as there's so much clutter on the screen.

While evasion and dodge may be powerful defenses, you should have some percentage mitigation too, be that endurance charges, "X% of physical damage taken as Y", damage reduction on your flasks etc. But if you're aiming to tank the toughest attacks in the game, you are playing the wrong class. You build all your defenses around avoidance, but have very little damage reduction for the few times you get hit.

But "hard dodging", or manually avoiding the biggest hits, is probably the best tip you're going to get.

Edit: Your Pathfinder in Betrayal only has 4400 life, so I'm not sure where you get 6000 from. But she doesn't have capped resistances neither, so I'm clearly missing something here.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

7.8k hp and never get random oneshot
68% phy reduce
75% ele resist with 20%less 10%reduce form flask
65% chaos resist
fortify

evasion and dodge don't help you survive oneshot btw just make it happend less often.

Your HP is in a pretty good range, 6-6.5k can tank pretty much anything except things that are supposed to 1 shot nearly anyone (Shaper/Malachai/vaal slams, Uber Atziri vaal flameblast).

If you aren't then you're problem is mitigation, Evasion and Dodge only reduce the number of hits you take, if you're getting one shot they won't stop it, mitigation is things like Arctic Armor, Basalt Flasks, +max res, Armor, converting incoming phys to elemental, MoM, even a couple endurance charges can make a difference.

That really isn't a thing. There are a number of things in the game that are supposed to one shot you if you get hit by them. Mostly these things can be avoided by learning the associated animation and just not being there when the attack arrives.

I don't really want to drop the "Get Gud" response on you, but endgame content is supposed to be deadly no matter what character you are playing and as such is gated by play skill as well as gear and build strength.
Do you use only one source of damage? If you don't use curses, golems, auras, heralds, or whatever - you are gimping your DPS. For some reason everyone understands this.

Do you use only on source of protection? If you don't layer your defenses you are gimping your survivability. For some reason nobody understands this.

why?
you'll always get one shot by certain things. if not talking about one-shot skills you can still get one shot with nasty mod combinations. like 320% additional damage as elemental, and ele weakness and ele pen and stuff like that. it can get ridiculous.

in delve i avoided basically all one shots by having 8300 life, but there were times i'd still come close (again depending on mods) while being evasion/dodge based.
6K or so. Of course mitigation matters so you cant really give a hard number. You could have 1 life with 100% resists and 100% physical res and never get one shot.

Generally speaking evasion and acro is a gimmick. Doesnt do anything about one shots. Just less one shots make it your way.

If you want to stop one shots you need 6K life with good physical and elemental mitigation (80% or so) or 10K+ ES

Some things will always kill you matter what if you're talking about t16 maxed out maps or high delves. PoE has this amazing ability to stack mods on rare mobs and maps in a way that renders your multi layered defenses and hawk like reflexes moot.

As long as you have around 6k health and layered defenses you're doing good. Avoid huge telegraphed attacks. Also, sometimes you'll die to a big choas hit which is rare but it's even rarer to have positive chaos resistance. My jugg has 9 endurance charges and almost 9k life and I still wouldn't try to tank an Uber atziri double flame blast.
