transfering the mtx stash to ps4 is it possible?

Hello so recently i bought the Crucible Support pack. Now i wana ask if it will be possible to transfer your mtx stash over to the ps4 version of the game when they release it?

From what I have heard you cannot transfer mtxs between Xbox and pc

So you can't set up group play between PC and Playstation? Is that true?

You can't play with people on console if you're on PC.

They use a slightly different version of the game, and to play together you'd need to connect to the same server and be both playing the same version.

It was suggested that crossplay could be looked into in the future if the players wanted it.

That said, the reality of GGG being able to offer crossplay is forever in doubt: Sony's recent policy change doesn't mean they're suddenly allowing *every* game to implement crossplay, though they're prepared to consider it on a game-by-game basis. If GGG can make a convincing argument for why allowing PoE crossplay with XBox is a good thing for Sony, it's possible - but I can't see how you could make that argument without a backlash the size of Fortnite threatening to blow up.

Even then, Sony would likely still want to reserve as many system rights as they're able. They get a small cut of the proceeds of MTX sold through their store, so they understandably won't want their players going behind their backs by getting the MTX potentially cheaper elsewhere, so they'll probably enforce some kind of rule that means you can only use purchased MTX that you purchased through them, even though you'd still be able to see MTX Xbox owners have bought over XBox Live.

In simple terms, if there was crossplay and you frequently console-hopped between XBox and PS4, you'd probably be playing through two different player accounts in order to keep the MTX purchased through Sony and the MTX purchased though Microsoft seperate, even though you'd always be able to see any MTX other players are using regardless of console because it still acts as an advertisement to encourage you to buy that MTX through that console's store.

This is all conjecture of course, but based on their attitudes and past history, it's how I fully expect it would go.

sounds like a successful concept, selling the customers you trapped with your proprietary hardware.
