nead help with survivability

Hello and thank you.
I have been playing for a while and now i have a build that plays well, but it has a problem with survivability i can not kill a bosses without doing. I know that i need to make minions tanker and i know how to do it. But i dont know what to do with me dying so much.
I how someon can halp.
