Are there viable Flicker Strike in 3.5?

Hi, I'm a bit of casual player that wants to enjoy the fun I once had with flicker strike many leagues ago. Then I used KorgothBG's Terminus Est guide, but since it isn't updated I'm not sure. Starting in a few hours hopefully, and I'm preferably looking for decently detailed guide. Are there any viable flicker strike builds for 3.5? Doesn't have to go full late game, I'll never reach it anyway. Just to have fun with mapping relatively far.

i played this one in incursion was the most fun i ever had but it's on the expensive side.
