Possible help and advice on my gear

I am currently 84 ranger looking for any advice on how to up my dps.. I can do most maps up to t9 without issues but i am now starting to struggle.

This is the build I am referencing. I understand its 3.2 but i haven't found any 3.4 builds. My current dps is roughly 33.2k with anger and herald of ash.

I know the new league starts soon but I still want to continue progressing with my ranger. So ya any help would be great. (i am not sure if my toon is public if its not let me know and i will try to change it.)
