[DEAD] Virulence is capped at 40, RIP this idea.
Edit: Oh lol, just realized Virulence is capped at 40. Un, fucking lucky. Riiiip. Way higher levels with exponentially faster loss of stacks would be appreciated ):
Ignore this Thread, just made it to not forget about my idea (and be able to call dibs on it, tho 100s of people prolly had the same one already) Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here, Banner here VIDEOS: Uber Elder Run? Doubt it :D T16 Haunted Mansion Clear (27 Packsize, 4 added Monsters Sextants, Beyond) I wanna make a Build purely focused on the newly announced Minion. The Idea is to apply shit tons of Poison via Quill Rain (TS for Clear, Barrage for ST) to reach high Virulence Stacks. This beefs up the Agony Crawler from the newly announced Herald, which is said to compete with the strongest Minions without any Minion Scaling (and I wanna see where it can go with full Investment into it :D). The Minion scales with Supports linked to the Herald, so Mana Reservation is a problem. This gets solved by the Coming Calamity. Any Hit Damage, Poison Damage or Poison Duration is completly unwanted, as I only wanna scale the Minion. The Crawler has 2 Attacks: one Split Arrow like one, and one that's basically green Molten Strike Projectiles in a frontal Cone. Scaling the Arrow thingy for Clear, and the AoE (so conc Effect is possible?) Projectile Cone for ST damage seems to make sense. Pathfinder is needed for its new Node, granting slower Virulence Decay. These stacks are said to decay way more rapidly the higher Numbers you reach, and I intend to push them high. Necro might be a choice for easy generic Minion Damage scaling instead, depending on how the Virulence Decay works out. That said, I think they included the PF Node for a reason :P Maybe Snake Bites with 3 Pacificsm for permanent passive 60% Poison Chance are a choice. Depends on whether or not I wanna use the Posion Support, and if the Crawler needs Minion Jewels to be juiced. Prooobably gonna use Thiefs Torment for the LgoH. And/or a Quiver with that Corruption. Pretty good value, since we attack so rapidly. Life Pool is gonna be a bit rough tho, only Helmet, Ammy, Quiver and Boots Left for Rares. For Flasks: Dying Sun Obviously, maybe Coralitos purely for the Poison Chance, Blood of the Karui as a juiiicy Life Flask, rest is defensives or another Life. For Singletarget: Barrage - GMP - LMP - Faster Attacks - Faster Proj? - Blind/Additional Accuracy For Clear: Tornado Shot - GMP - LMP - Faster Attacks - Faster Proj - Chain. Maybe Swap LMP or Faster Proj out for Mirage Archer, quite likely actually. Gonna replace something with Poison Support if I decide against Snakebite + 3 Pacifism. Chest (or Bow) has the DMG Setup for the Minion. Blink Arrow+FasterAttacks+FasterProj, an Ice or Lightning Golem (depends on Accuracy, prolly Lightning), maybe a Blasphemy Curse or a Haste Reservation. Got a janky Tree down there, a mock up PoB too. Done in 3 Minutes. I doubt this is gonna turn out good, but I got a level 92 PF sitting on Standard that I wanna try this out on. Wish me luck :D Honestly gonna be complete shit, but after some Builds that were meta or shredded all Content, I wanna try something fresh. Just a fun project, I don't expect anything from it. PoE Planner PoE Website As a general Rule we pick up some more Proj Speed, Attack Speed, 40% Chance to Poison and lots of Life. Acrobatics, Phase Acrobatics are huge boni to our survivability, and non negotiable. As with most Builds, these are just guidelines. Or are they? I usually say that for my Build Guides, but this one seems kinda set.

Gem Links
The links are sorted in descending order of importance. So the last gem in a chain should be the last one you slot in when you upgrade your amount of links. The colour of the Text implies the colour of the Gem. TBA Quality and Levels can be good DPS upgrades. It is worth noting however that, unlike Spell Builds, we don't benefit from a Level 21 gem hugely. This makes investing into them usually a thing left for the very Endgame. You can see what the increased Quality does in the Wiki Pages I linked.

TBA
This is a rough Stat priority for Rares: Defenses: - Life - Resistances until 75% - Evasion>Armour>>>ES Offenses: - TBA Just keep in mind to always compare Item options in PoB before making a Purchase, to get 100% accurate results on what is an Upgrade, and how big that one is. TBA

General Recommendations: TBA These are very general trees, since I don't know your particular levelling Situation. Do you have levelling Uniques? Do you play SC or HC? Do you need some Stats for your Skills? Try to adapt it to your needs: if you need more Life, go for the Scion Life wheel (the biggest Life Cluster in the game) earlier. Make sure to get Acro early on. Use Bloodrage during Levelling. After that, progress towards the Endgame Tree however you see fit.
Levelling Gear and Gems
RaizQT made an awesome Guide about levelling with Elemental Sunder, which suits our purposes extremely well: Check it out! I really recommend watching through it, as most people can learn a ton from it and this is the most efficient way to level for us. That said, here is a guide for Sunder levelling: Below are some Uniques that are useful while levelling. You probably won't have access to them if the Char is a League Starter, they are mostly for second Characters. None of these are needed, they just speed up the process. Armour: Tabula, Goldrim, Wanderlust, Lochtonial, Ondar's, Haemophilia Weapons: 2x Screaming Eagle, Offhand Princess, MH Brightbeak, OH Tempestuous Steel, MH Flesheater Jewellry: Heup, Blackheart, Meginord's, Deceiver, Carnage Heart, Praxis, Thief's Torment All sorted in Ascending order of Lvl Requirement. Replace Brightbeak with Flesheater if DMG becomes a problem. Keep in mind to not use too many at once, as some of them lack life. Keep some Rares around to get some flat life.

TBA This PoB was made with decent, but far from optimized Rares. 3 minute one, obv not final and many things not included. Just in case I lose it. If you don't know what PoB is, I strongly recommend picking this insanely powerful tool up here and checking out this video guide or its written form. .
