Looking at your skill tree, I recommend you switch to a better ascendency pathfinder won't do much for you considering your flasks are not your greatest asset. I would recommend change to raider so you attack much faster, if you do go raider get them frenzy charges and you'll also be able to drop blood rage. I would drop those mana flasks, you don't need them you get mana leech anyway, its pointless to have them, use a wise oak flask instead maybe an evasion flask too. You need to get bleed immunity on your flask as well. If you go raider you want have to worry about freeze and stuff because you will be immune to it.

Are you capped are res? 75/75/75 at the least. Glyph Glisten Cobalt Jewel you have on your tree is terrible change it to a better one like the one above it.
Get your merciless and uberlab points too as they will help a lot.

I'm surprised on how you got a 6-link belly. Those 2 rings you have are not good either Im assuming your going for a lightning based spectral throw build getting a elemental claw will be better than the one you have. Also how comes your not using wrath aura for more damage? Why have you have crafted maximum energy shield, your life based so it makes no sense. Also get life on boots.

To make this easier for myself, follow a build guide too so you know where you are going wrong.
