Keelty's GS madness

So lately i've been kinda wanting to go for a ground slam build, but haven't really found one i've liked as much and decided i wanted to try to set something up myself, i do not have a build guide to give anyone yet, but i would like if someone kind enough would have a look, maybe give some feedback, everything is welcome, gear recomendations, passive changes, all is welcome, few key points for me personally tho:

1: I do want to keep the Soul Taker in the build
2: Scion might perhaps not be the best option, but it's my prefered character, ascendacy options can be altered however :)

well i said few, 2 will do :P but yeah, first time i do my own build so feedback is very apriciated ^^
