Cheap Raider build in Standard?

Hey guys!
So as Im not really playing bestiary i thought about getting my old lvl 90 raider back in the game!

Now ive swapped around items, traded some stuff and ye shes pretty much naked. Used to be a ci howa st, but id like to try something different.

Atm I only have about 100c left and was wondering what a good build would be (and if I can even afford some decent gear for that amount of currency).

Actually doesnt really have to be raider i guess, would just have to complete a lab beforehand to swap right?

I still have my full passive reset so I can pretty much start from scratch and dont need regrets or anything.

LMK if you have any ideas!

PS: i guess all the ts builds are not an option due to cost, same for kb/barrage. Correct me if Im wrong!
