[3.1] CWS CI 13k+ ES/2.5k ES regen/700es on block

Welcome Exiles to my 3.1 version of the Cast when Stunned build

I decided to try this build due to the new Shaper items you can obtain, especially focusing on the Amulet & Shield variants which I think significantly help this build in terms of defence. Considering ES got a nerf and it's now harder to obtain significant amounts of ES but we can still achieve a decent amount even with these changes.

Pro's & Con's

+ Requires little effort to play
+ More enjoyable with Skill MTX
+ Has a great amount of defence
+ Ci!

- Slow
- Can be built cheap but becomes harder to invest in to later on
- It does die to some things

My current gear

Now my gear is nowhere near perfect and I'm still trying for upgrades, mainly the rings/amulet/chest as they can be much better but for now it will do. The majority of the gear is on the cheaper side bar my shield which I bought for 12ex but I haven't seen any more on the market so either no-one is selling theirs or they are extremely limited, the shield allows me to drop around 5 points on the tree to invest elsewhere.

Flasks

You ideally want Avenger flasks with the Suffixes you require (Bleed/Ignite/Freeze)

Jewels

7x Abyss jewels with Maximum ES/Int/Block chance gained when hit recently
3x Reckless Defense
1x Energy from Within
1x Watchers eye with 8% block chance while affected by Determination and either a choice of;
Energy shield gained on hit/Energy shield regen/Discipline gained while affected by clarity.

Skill gems

You can use any spell based gem you want with this build as long as it's stuck with a Cast when Stunned gem you are free to choose.

Discipline - Vitality - Determination - Arctic Armour

Purity of Ice - Purity of Fire
These are used for guardians and nothing else.

This is my current tree I am using, it is a level 95 tree and it also doesn't include the Leadership/Influence nodes which you will need to pick up if you don't have a shield with 15% reduced mana reservation.

Honestly, level as something else then respec into this, I guess ideally you'd aim for getting the damage nodes for whichever method you plan on leveling by then respecing those nodes later on
