Flask and mods

Hi,are flask mods like "increased charge gain" or "reduced charge used" work global for every flask or only for this onen which there are on?

How about legacy charge on crit? It is shered (1charge radnom) or it goes obly for this one flask?

If the mod is on a flask, it only works for that one flask (except for when it explicitly says "all flasks", as on some unique flasks.)

If the mod is on anything else (items, passive skills), it affects all flasks.
Okey, thanks.

One more - do You know if inc flask effect mods on tree have infuences on those mods?

Lets say 20% reduced charge (as a rare mod on flask) with, for example 50% flask effect increaced would give me 30 reduce on this flask?
AFAIK those kinds of mods affect all flasks and would be additive. So if you have 20% reduced charges, and 50% increased charges, the result would be 30% increased charges gained.
It doesn't make a bit of difference, guys. The balls are inert.
Man, no.

You should separate EFFECT of the flask (what buff it gives to your toon) and the refill modifier of it. How flask refills or expends charges is not an effect, it's just local property of the flask modified by separate specific mods on items and tree (some belt suffixes and pathfinder ascendancies for example).

Ahh, I see that I read his post wrong. What tm10067 said is correct; flask effects are different than flask charges. Flask effects are what takes place when you're using the flask; e.g. a Quicksilver Flask's movement bonus. Mods to flask charges won't effect those.

So...to made it 100% clear:

1) mod on flask like (local):
- reduced charge
- inc duration
- inc charge gain
- gain charge on crit
- inc effect

Do not works with tree and item.

2) But mods on rare or uniques like:
- 2 addidional arrow
- 100% increasec charge gain on all flask (from unique overflowing chalice)
- addition res
- move speed while flask (on mod, not quicksilver)

Work with flask effect mods.

It is all correct? Specially interested in scaling 100% from chalice - it is global buff so it should work.

The Overflowing Chalice, unique sulphur flask? You can increase the duration of that flask by improving the quality with a glassblower's bauble. Mods referring to charges gained (increased/decreased charges, charges gained on crit, etc) will affect that flask as well, IIRC as long as the flask is not active at the time.

So if you're wondering about the innate "100% increased charges gained", any similar mods to flask charges will affect that. However, mods to flask effect in this case would affect the "40% increased damage", since that is the base effect of the flask.

"100% increased charge recovery" is a mod (affecting other flasks). "40% increased damage" is the base effect of that flask.

(Someone correct me if I'm wrong :p)

"Increased Charges gained by other Flasks" is also part of Chalice's Flask Effect, and will be improved by Flask Effect as such.
Yes, flask prefixes cannot be modified, I mistaken, items and tree mods just stack with them.

About effects it could be complicated, for example, can you get +3 arrows on dying sun with certain amount of increased flask effect? I guess no, but not for sure.

Also life and mana recovery of flask is not considered an effect too.
