[3.1] Theorycrafting Deadeye/Inquisitor The Tempest

Ok Gang, so the I want to play a Deadeye, but Deadeye sucks, so lets try it this way maybe?

The Idea is a lightning Dmg based build with Tempest and Inpula stacking flat lightning on jewels, taking Deadeye and Inquisitor.

PoB with sample Gear, left out some stuff to account for resists and not GG Gear. Dmg seems decent with not high-end gear. Hp seems fine-ish, little low maybe but we are Ranged and have acrobatics. [https://pastebin.com/fU4xJwap]

For those without PoB at hand, Gem SetUp maybe like this? LA for clearing, can be TS probably. Barrage for Bosses. The usual.

LA - Ele dmg with attacks- added lightning- mirage archer - GMP - Innervate

Barrage - Lightning Pen - Added Lightning - Ele Dmg with Attacks - slower projectiles - Faster Attacks

Herald of Thunder - Herald of Ice - Enlighten - Haste ? Wrath seems weaksauce

Bloodrage - Decoy - Ele Weakness - Faster Casting

cwdt - ic - increased duration - ice golem
