Scion Spectral Throw Dreamfeather Raider. Very Tanky

Sharing my newest minmax build with you. Will add more than PoB if people are interested

Quick stats with gear ive managed to put together in harbinger. No mirrors and stuff like that.
525k GMP dps.
900k dps with slower projectiles. multiply it with 3 for single target dmg.
Evasion: 110k
Frenzy charges: 8
Dodge: Irrelevant, because nothing is gonna hit you more than a couple of times, and 110k evasion blocks nearly all.
Spelldodge: 46/58, depending on movementspeed flask vs spelldodge flask. Movement is better for partying in poorjoys.
Life at lvl 98: 6.3k
Movementspeed with increased duration flask: 172% increased
Chance to freeze: 29%
Finally on top, the awesome op clearspeed elemental conflux for 6sec/rare. Causing you to chill and shock heavily on each hit, for about 800k gmp dps in breaches.

Hey Dude, i tested your Build with Crap Gear and its works pretty well. The Damage was Ok to killing guardians. The Evasion was pretty cool you can Facetank all :) so nice Work

Glad to hear it. Strangely i had equal success with the build as raider. The evasion is enough to deal with reflect. And on top raider is slightly faster :/
