[3.0] need help flicker strike coc scion

Hi,
Not sure if this build is possible but i was thinking something like this:

with gear i wanted to go with as much crit as possible combined with 2 cospri's.
now i'm not sure what to link in the cospri's.
and can't realy leech life. anyone has any idea's on how to sustain enough life leech and what coc skills to use?
