Wild Strike + Elemental Equilibrium Question

POE noob here.

I was thinking of creating a build using Wild Strike and Elemental Equilibrium. What I'm wondering is if my weapon i.e. has +X fire damage by itself, would that inerfere with the Elemental Equilibrium rotation? Thanks

Yes, any elemental damage is going to influence your EE. So if you are going to use the rotation of elements, you need to have pure phys weapon. Which is quite strange for Wild Strike. And if you have 2 elements (added cold and added lightning support, for example), EE will give you negative bonus.

So probably it is better to drop EE, as long as you are not 100% sure what are you doing.
