Scion Ascendant Road Block (Thinking Ahead)

So I'm extremely new to the game and I came across an old Elemental Buzzsaw build and wanted to adapt it to the new league and work on dual wielding. I worked on the tree then when I got into the ascendant passives I realized I don't quite know which passives to take.

The build itself resembles ZiggyD's old Elemental buzzsaw but focus on dual weilding.

Rush Coldhearted Calculation >> Sovereignty >> Resolute Technique/Charisma

I though about at least taking Deadeye for the additional projectile further distance and the piercing.

Since the build is elemental based I thought Inquisitor to take the flat 20% Elemental damage but since its a non crit build the 120% crit chance would be a waste of a passive ability.

I want the communities suggestions about where I should put my passive skill points into Ascendant.
