Necromancer + Guardian aura ascendancies not working properly?

Hello, so I've made an aurabot using the Scion. However, I noticed that my aura's are not giving the 15% attack damage bonus of the necromancer ascendancy and not giving the 12% attack/cast speed boost from the guardian ascendancy. Can someone confirm if this is supposed to be the way it is? I noticed the speed and damage only goes up with damage auras like wrath, hatred, and anger.

I know for sure now that these ascendancies arent working properly. I was just running with a necro aurabot and being near that necro increased my tooltip dps by another 3x on top of what my auras were already doing.

This can't be right since the necro ascendancy from witch only gives 10% dmg and 5% attack/cast speed per aura. Whereas scion is 15% damage from necro, 12% from guardian.

Scion's aura ascendancies are only applied once, not per aura, it even says on their tooltip that you're only getting it when affected by auras, where as witch necromancer aura nodes specificly states "per aura", not a bug.
