Right now all I've got is a passive tree and a dream. Plan is to use the Essence of Horror on an ES based helm and use the dual Scorching Ray totems as wither effect for self cast Flameblast.

Gonna use the Valyrium ring for stun mitigation, typical ES gear on every other slot.

What do you mean by Scorching Ray Totems? Flame Totem? Incinerate?

Disregard that, I hadn't seen the teasers yet. Do you know how long the lowered fire resistance lasts? if its only a short duration you may have issues getting flameblast stacks.
