Frost Flicker Stike Scion [WIP]

Hello Gentlemen!

Been kinda tired of meta recently, even though this IS a flicker strike build. As an adept of internet builds I wanted to design something that I could have a little personal fun with, something with alot of cold damage and shattered enemies. So here it goes, work in progress (not leveling yet, will start to do so this evening).

Here is a little tree I planned for level 85 (For me leveling further is a bit enduring).

The bandits are Oak, skill and Kraityn for now.

Would love to hear your advice about Uniques, gems (exept the obvious flicker/frenzy generator/curses). The topic will be edited accordingly.
