Movement speed is dum

So.

You're going to maim, you're going to brain rattle, you're going to use wither/abyssal cry and you're going to chill them with like vortex or something. Oh you can use temp chains but who cares.

Their movespeed = 100 - 30 (maim) - 20 (Brain rattle) - 35 (wither) - 30 (chill) = -5% movespeed.

Go ahead and use temp chains if you want - which lets you roll witch.
