ED Spell Totem Scion?

I saw a video on Youtube of someone showing all the spells from a Spell Totem and thought it would be cool to design a build around it. I looked it up and I can't seem to find any builds like that. Scion seems like the best place to start since it requires passives from different areas.

It makes no sense using ED on a totem as the debuff doesn't stack. That means that only one projectile from one totem can damage a monster. Subsequent hits or the projectiles from the second totem will have no effect as long as the monster(s) are affected by the first chaos dot. You just end up with the spell damage penalty from the spell totem gem and one less gem socket you can use.
