About atziri farming

I have 89 rf marauder and i start to kill atziri yesterday after 6th kill i got mortal hope 2 belt one boot and one doryani sceptre.I got 35ex from my previous ranger character i start to think invest all my currency for sac sets and farm atziri.I want advice from exprienced players is it good investment also i have never try uber can i kill uber atziri with my rf marauder?

I dont think your build can do uber. As a close aoe RF, you will have a hard time passing the trios.

Save up the sacs and look for a good uber service.

Back in i think ambush i farmed atziri a lot. I bought sac sets ran them and sold the loot as i went. Doing this i almost always profited from sets in the long run so its not a bad thing to do.

Someone recently (yesterday?) created a thread that analyzed exactly this.
I don't recall if the thread was on the forums or on reddit.

Basically, the OP bought 120 sac fragments in talisman SC league and ran them until he had as many full sets as he could muster. I think he ended up with around 20 sets.

From these 20 atziri runs, he obtained some random gear that he sold, some maps, and some mortal fragments, including one mortal hope.

After doing all of these runs, he found that he had grossed approximately 4.5 exalts in profit, but he had spent around 2 ex on the initial fragments, so he was netting 2.5 exalts.
But....most of this came from the sale of the mortal hope (2 ex). This means that without some lucky "hope" RNG, he would have made around 0.5 ex for many hours worth of work (buying fragments, farming them into noons and midnights, and then grinding atziri over and over).

This was in the talisman league. In standard, the markets are even more saturated with Atziri uniques, and thus it will be even more difficult to sell your drops for profit.


Atziri is fun and exciting, but if making profit is your main goal, then you are better off either farming low level maps and dried lake with high MF, or speed clearing mid range maps with a high dps character.

What Nick42 said, Atziri isn't profitable, it's just for fun and a sense of accomplishment.

after 24 run i sell one mortal set for 4ex i spend 120chaos for sets(7c midnights bought 10 and 50 normal fragments i run for other midnights etc also farm dock few hours for free fragments) for 2 ex profit it is not efficient in standard
