Acton's Nightmare

I love this map so much, especially the music.

I have to ask though, what is the map theme intended by the author/GGG? is it a "Pandora's Jukebox full of horrors" kind of thing?

in my opinion its the most boring unique map ever:P whats unique in it? a big large chest that drops nothing, or the annoying thing that everything resurrects so you dont know if you killed them yet? sry for negativity , i did this map lot of times, the feeling was the same every time

I'd prefer more maps like Olmec's Sanctum

Olmec's Sanctum brought Unique Maps back to their CB/early-OB glory, after the Poorjoy's Asylum screw-up.

I don't hate Poorjoy's, but honestly there's nothing "unique" about it. it's like a rare map with an utterly insane monster damage roll just to RIP you apart.

Olmec combines both worlds though: it's unique like Coward's Trial or Acton's Nightmare, while at the same time being even more crazy than Poorjoy's.
a map you enjoy, then RIP :)

I really like this map to. The music fit's so well. U are in a panic to keep moving to the boss to stop the res mechanic so it's a fast paced map however the music is creepy and makes a odd felling of uneaysenes. I love it

I actualy like all the maps save for the vault witch i always sell.

Protip bring detonate dead and just explode all the mobs after you kill them. Problem solved.

Anyways, Acton's Nightmare is my favorite unique map by far. The music is awesome, totally makes it in my opinion. The boss fight is easy, but the mechanic behind it is pretty cool.

Yep i know , the situation is the same with a big % of the early game content and uniques..and christ told in some interview he knows it but its not easy to provide new content and fix/renew existing stuff at the same time.

This map could be so good. The music is outstanding but the "reward" is a chest full of shitty whites. I sell everyone I find now.

music is awesome but I prefer cowards trial or even maelstrom of chaos (ledge is my fav map wish there was a nice 70+ one)
