Cannot hit some enemies (not a sync problem)
Character: Witch
Attack: Triple Freezing Pulse Location: Pyramids Enemy: Skeletons So when I attacked the skeleton, the animation showed it was a hit (ice splash on skeleton), but he did not loose any health. As soon as he moves out of the spot I'm able to hit him. Mind: he did not clip or teleport, just walked a bit further. This is why I don't think this it's a sync problem. Mostly happens when he's near a wall, but not against it (1 or 2 steps away). Also, it happened not just once, but more frequently. Great PoE utilities!

I have a similar issue with a marauder but with almost any attack. I do think it's either a sync problem or a pathing problem.
Sometimes I'm attacking a creature and it's reacting as though being hit, but it doesn't lose any health. Then I take a step, mob follows, I can now attack and kill him. Similarly, I have noticed that occasionally I will be standing in a spot and the creatures stop paying attention to me for whatever reason. I can't really replicate it, it just happens every so often. At first I thought maybe there are just "dead zones" within the maps that creatures can't pass (like they don't realize the "square" they are on is attached to the "square" you are on so they assume they can't reach you, and vice versa. |

I have the same thing with Serpents and Cobras and some skeletons luckily my poison arrow aoe kills them anyway but yes definitely a problem

" This could be likely in the problem described in the first quote, however this problem did not occur previously (and I don't notice anything different with the maps). It can not be the case in the situation where you are attacking the enemy. At that moment you are both attacking so you should see both of the enemies. Great PoE utilities!

"The majority of sync issues are resolved that way, invisibly to the user. The most likely explanation is he was in a slightly different location on the server where he didn't get hit before the pulse hit the wall and dissipated, but the client had him slightly closer and thus thought he was hit. |

Also note that freezing pulse is quite annoying in corners and up against walls. You can be "hitting" the target square, but the projectile may dissipate on a wall before actually striking the target.
