I wouldn't recommend going Cyclone tbh. The skill has horrendous damage scaling that can only be fixed by throwing endless amounts of currency at it. If you want to use cyclone you are better off going CoC or Generals Cry.

as Baharoth15 said, cyclone is in a rough spot right now for its own damage. it needs both monsterous amount of phys dmg (high scaling wep) as well as massive attack speed, as well as a huge amount of QoL/movement speed/% damage to "feel good"

cyclone however plays very comfortably, so its very strong to use to supplement other damage skills

CoC is popular, with generals cry falling out of flavour lately due to its glass cannon nature

if you are adamant about playing cyclone, look up shockwave cyclone builds. using a staff or mace you use cyclone to move around and leech/apply buffs/debuffs and shockwave as your major clear and single target. look into crit based staffs for a league start version, you can do the builds easily as any marauder or duelist start
