[3.8] Shattering Jumping Balls. Inquisitor Storm Burst VS End Game (video up) big dps

Hi guys, here a new build.
I found really funny the mechanic of Storm Burst, you need to improve duration and cast speed to get much more dps in single traget, getting mroe orbs.. at the moment when i spam in single i get 16-18 balls, path of building says 2.5 milion dps vs shaper but, if i increase the duration, it dosen't scale, so probably the dps shown in pob is lower than real dps, becayse "more jumping balls" u have, more dps in single target.. so i don't know how to calculate it.

About build:
-call of the brotherhood to chill-freeze enemies = good defensive layer
-using double wrath jewel + passive skill to convert full damage in lightning damage.
-inpulsa cuz is funny
-timeless militant faith dominus (dosen't matter the number) for inner conviction keystone
-dash enchant is super strong, I didn't expect it to be so useful.

This build looks crazy, how do you think it would go with this +3 lightning staff? I'd written off storm burst bc it seemed to suck, but seems like you figured it out :)

the dps in single target is sick yea
btw i don't know with +3 staff, try to use it in my pastebin and check difference in dps... consider you lose life and shiedlcharge for moving..

I'm just looking for your build. Seems solid. The only thing I'm dubious is the weapon because it can be super expensive if you try to buy that one but I could try this build if I can craft that weapon.

I've crafted my own weapon with my Vortex/Cold Snap CI Occultist build but this one seems more specific.

What should I do to craft this weapon? After getting +1 and phys as extra lightning it's probably easy to multimod but how can I get those mods? Alt-regal spam or specific fossil setups? I guess those mods are shaped mods, so I buy a shaped Opal base and alt spam? I'd appreciate if you answer, thanks.

they are 2 prefix the +1 and extra light so u cant alt spam until u got luck with regal, i bought it with these 2 mod and then i've annulled it..
if u just take any shaper weapon with extra light or also extra light and extra cold and then multi craft is ok, no need these 2 specific mods to deal dps

im trying your build now and its great just one question how do you generate power charges when mapping ? with bosses you just use orb of storms but i don't know how to when mapping really quick. thanks for reply
