Out of memory for texture bug

Happened twice on Sunday after a long time playing act 2 (5+ hours), both times when porting back to act 1 areas (once to town, once to mud flats).
Game didnt load, little windows error screen with failed to load memory texture error appeared, crashed to desktop. Geforce 9600 GT with 1GB ram |

Same issue here with 4Gigs of ram

There is info on this in the Known Issues List, and a possible solution if it happens too often to you.

Regarding the solution:
I tried to type -gc 2 into the end of the line and i kept getting error messages. Can anyone help with that? |

Make sure it's outside the quotation marks around the executable name.
