Help! Survivability in merciless & maps

Can somebody help me with my build ?
I'm doing something like a tornado-shot / ice / crit build.
I had no problems with the first two difficulties, but now on merciless Act 3 I get killed (one- or two-shot) alot by champion enemies and blue mobs.
I figure I should've skilled more into my life pool. 20 refund points left.
Any suggestions?

Drop that 4 points into where your survival instincts is, pick up the 2 point socket so you dont lose that. drop that dex point leading into the cold wheel. That should net you 3 points to put in the health node right above that, for 20% more life and flask stuff. Also not a bad idea to pick up heart of oak for 2 points.

I know you want that cold wheel, but you need life now, damage output is not your problem.

Also on a pure Evasion build, there is no reason not to grab those Dodge keystones.
