I need help deciding which ascendancy passives I should get halp pls!

Okay so I'm building a Cast on Crit Spectral Throw raider and I'm going for Way of the Poacher into Avatar of slaughter. Now I'm deciding on whether to go Rapid Assault into Avatar of chase or Quartz Infusion into Avatar of the veil. I'm using Spectral Throw linked with LMP - Cast on crit - Blade Fall - Firestorm - Glacial Cascade. Which do you think would have more dps or what is the pro's and con's of each path? Any help would be really cool :) thanks in advance!

Build sounds strange, but go veil for elemental immunity and elemental damage. If you are more physical, go for the other one.
